We are a non-profit Italian-American organization. Our purpose is to unite the Italian community and it's friends for the enjoyment and the promotion of Italian culture and language. We do this with active participation in the Italian-American community in Westchester, NY, which our organization has been a part of over 65 years.

The spirit of the evening was for all who knew Craig, professionally, personally, or both, to come together to share their love of food and culinary arts, passion for educating and mentoring others and to raise monies for the Monroe College students who have been chosen to continue their culinary education abroad in Italy.
